Alternatively, you can register at the PalaFiere Pavilion B2, Via Baltera 20, Riva del Garda, subject to bib availability, on the following dates:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Friday, November 6, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM<\/li>\n<li>Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>The <strong>deadline is October 31st, subject to early closures once 300 registrations have been reached<\/strong>. The organizers reserve the right to temporarily suspend or close registrations early for organizational reasons.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IS THERE A LIMITED NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>YES. A maximum of 300 participants will be accepted.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>IS IT POSSIBLE TO REGISTER ON RACE DAY ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Yes, obviously only if bibs are available.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOW CAN I CHECK MY REGISTRATION ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>You can check the status of your registration for the 7th AGS KIDS RUN2026 at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.trentinoeventi.it\/en\/\">www.trentinoeventi.it<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHAT DOES THE TRAFFIC LIGHT I RECEIVED IN THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL MEAN ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Based on the color indicated in the email, check the information you entered or provided to <a href=\"mailto:gthm@evodata.it\">gthm@evodata.it<\/a> and, if necessary, update\/correct\/add to it to avoid unnecessary queues when picking up your bib.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOW CAN I REQUEST INFORMATION ABOUT REGISTRATION ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Contact <a href=\"mailto:gthm@evodata.it\">gthm@evodata.it<\/a> exclusively.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION LETTER ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>A few days before the race, all registered athletes will receive an email communication that serves as an official &#8220;confirmation letter.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHAT DO I NEED TO COLLECT MY BIB ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>You must present your confirmation letter and an identity document. It&#8217;s not necessary to print the confirmation letter; simply show it at the bib desk on your smartphone or tablet.<br \/>\nVerify the validity of your medical certificate and your membership or Runcard.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CAN I PAY FOR THE REGISTRATION FEE DURING THE BIB COLLECTION ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>You must follow the payment procedures provided. Registrations without payment will not be accepted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY BIB ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Friday, November 6, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM<br \/>\nSaturday, November 7, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>WHERE CAN I COLLECT MY BIB NUMBER AND RACE PACK ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Your bib number and race pack can be collected at the PalaFiere in Riva del Garda, Via Baltera.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IS IT POSSIBLE TO DELEGATE ANOTHER PERSON TO COLLECT YOUR BIB NUMBER ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>If you are unable to collect your bib number and participation prize, you may delegate another person in writing. They must present the following documentation:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>a) Signed Confirmation Letter<\/li>\n<li>b) Authorization Form (to be attached to the Confirmation Letter)<\/li>\n<li>c) Photocopy of a valid ID.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>IS PARKING AVAILABLE ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Free parking is available in the areas in front of the PalaFiere.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WILL THERE BE TASTINGS ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Tastings are free and open to athletes and their families.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IS THERE A CLOTHING TRANSPORT SERVICE ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>There is no clothing transportation service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHAT TIME DOES THE START LINES ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>First departure is at 3:00 PM.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHERE DOES THE START LINE AND END ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>In Piazzale Segantini in the historic center of Arco (TN).<\/p>\n<p><strong>WILL THERE BE DEFERRED DEPARTURES ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Yes. Departures will be delayed depending on age group and\/or number of participants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOW DO I GET TO THE START LINE ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Free shuttle service to the starting point in Arco and back to the PalaFiere. Buses will depart from the PalaFiere from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WILL THERE BE A RANKING ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>No. Since this is a non-competitive, free-paced, recreational event, there will be no final ranking. No times will be recorded.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOW WILL I GET BACK TO THE PALAFIERE AFTER FINISHING ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>On Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM, a free shuttle service will be available for athletes and companions, connecting the AGS KIDS GARDA RUN start\/finish area in Arco with the PalaFiere.<br \/>\nIt will make a single stop on Via Capitelli, 300 meters from the start\/finish area in Piazzale Segantini in Arco.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHERE WILL I FIND THE DIPLOMA ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>The participation certificate can be downloaded from November 9th on the website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.trentinoeventi.it\/en\/\">www.trentinoeventi.it<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IS THERE A PHOTO SERVICE PLANNED ON THE COURSE ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>All photographs taken during the race will be available for viewing on the website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fotostudio3.com\">www.fotostudio3.com<\/a>.
