FAQ \u2013 11th 10K GARDA TRENTINO 10K<\/strong><\/p>\n

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE 11th GARDA TRENTINO 10K ?<\/strong>
\nRegistration is available exclusively online through the portal www.trentinoeventi.it by bank transfer, VISA or MasterCard credit card, or PayPal.<\/p>\n

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION ?<\/strong>
\nIt is October 31st, subject to early closures once 1,500 registrations have been reached. The organizers reserve the right to temporarily suspend or close registrations early for organizational reasons.<\/p>\n

IS THERE A LIMITED NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS ?<\/strong>
\nYES. 1,500 participants will be accepted.<\/p>\n

IS IT POSSIBLE TO REGISTER ON THE DAY OF THE RACE ?<\/strong>
\nNO. Registrations will not be accepted on the day of the race.<\/p>\n

HOW CAN I CHECK MY REGISTRATION ?<\/strong>
\nYou can check the status of your registration for the 11th 10K GARDA TRENTINO 2026 at www.trentinoeventi.it<\/a>.<\/p>\n

WHAT DOES THE TRAFFIC LIGHT IN THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL MEAN ?<\/strong>
\nBased on the color indicated in the email, check the information you entered or provided to\u00a0gthm@evodata.it<\/a>. If necessary, update, correct, or add to it to avoid unnecessary queues when picking up your bib.<\/p>\n

HOW CAN I REQUEST INFORMATION ABOUT REGISTRATIONS ?<\/strong>
\nPlease contact\u00a0gthm@evodata.it<\/a> exclusively.<\/p>\n

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION LETTER ?<\/strong>
\nA few days before the race, all registered athletes will receive an email that serves as an official “confirmation letter.”<\/p>\n

WHAT DO I NEED TO COLLECT MY BIB ?<\/strong>
\nYou must present your confirmation letter and an ID. It’s not necessary to print the confirmation letter; simply show it at the bib desk on your smartphone or tablet.
\nCheck the validity of your medical certificate and your membership or Runcard.<\/p>\n

CAN I PAY FOR THE REGISTRATION FEE WHEN PICKING UP YOUR BIB ?<\/strong>
\nNO. You must follow the payment procedures provided. Registrations without payment will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

\nFriday, November 6, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
\nSaturday, November 7, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

WHERE CAN I COLLECT MY BIB NUMBER AND RACE PACK ?<\/strong>
\nMy bib number and race pack can be collected at the PalaFiere in Riva del Garda, Via Baltera.<\/p>\n

IS IT POSSIBLE TO DELEGATE ANOTHER PERSON TO COLLECT MY BIB NUMBER ?<\/strong>
\nIf you are unable to collect your bib and participation prize, you may designate another person in writing who must present the following documentation:
\na) Signed Confirmation Letter
\nb) Authorization Form (to be attached to the Confirmation Letter)
\nc) Photocopy of a valid ID.<\/p>\n

IS BAG STORAGE AVAILABLE ?<\/strong>
\nIn Riva del Garda at the PalaFiere, Hall C2, in the designated areas, divided by bib number group, starting at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 8th.
\nThe appropriate bag will be deposited inside the designated areas by staff. It is mandatory to use the bag provided by the organizers, which must be marked with the appropriate sticker with your bib number.
\nDo not leave valuables in the cloakroom (we are not responsible for any theft).<\/p>\n

ARE THERE SHOWERS AND TOILETS ?<\/strong>
\nYES. Showers are available at the PalaFiere in Hall C2.<\/p>\n

IS PARKING AVAILABLE ?<\/strong>
\nThere is free parking in the areas in front of the PalaFiere.<\/p>\n

WILL THERE BE TASTINGS ?<\/strong>
\nTastings are free and open to athletes and their families.<\/p>\n

WHERE CAN I FIND THE ROUTE MAP ?<\/strong>
\nIn the download section of the website www.trentinoeventi.it.<\/p>\n

WHAT TIME DOES THE START TIME ?<\/strong>
\nThe race will start at 9:30 AM.<\/p>\n

WHERE DOES THE START START ?<\/strong>
\nThe start is on Via Baltera in Riva del Garda, near the PalaFiere.<\/p>\n

ARE THERE STARTING SECTORS ?<\/strong>
\nThere will be two starting sectors: one for competitive runners and the other for non-competitive runners.<\/p>\n

ARE THERE PACERS ?<\/strong>
\nThere are no pacers.<\/p>\n

ARE THERE REFRESHMENTS ALONG THE ROUTE ?<\/strong>
\nAs per the regulations, refreshments will be provided at 5 km and a takeaway at the finish line.<\/p>\n

WHERE DO I FINISH ?<\/strong>
\nThe finish line is at Spiaggia Sabbioni in Riva del Garda.<\/p>\n

IS THERE A TIME LIMIT ?<\/strong>
\nThe time limit to complete the 11th 10K GARDA TRENTINO is 1.45 hours.<\/p>\n

HOW WILL THE TIMING BE PROVIDED ?<\/strong>
\nTimekeeping will be handled by EvoData with a disposable chip. The ranking will be based on “Gun Time,” the time calculated from the shot. In addition to Gun Time, the ranking will also include “Real Time,” the time from the start line to the finish line.<\/p>\n

HOW WILL I GET BACK TO THE PALAFIERE AFTER THE FINISH ?<\/strong>
\nOn Sunday, November 8, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., a free shuttle service will be available for athletes and companions, connecting the finish area with the Palafiere. It will make a single stop on Viale Rovereto, near the Benacense Stadium, approximately 150 meters from the finish line of the Garda Trentino Half Marathon and the finish line of the 10K and RUN4FUN.<\/p>\n

WHERE WILL I FIND THE RANKING ?<\/strong>
\nThe ranking will be visible and downloadable from the website www.trentinoeventi.it.<\/p>\n

WHERE WILL I FIND THE DIPLOMA ?<\/strong>
\nThe participation certificate can be downloaded starting November 9th from www.trentinoeventi.it.<\/p>\n

ARE THERE ANY AWARDS ?<\/strong>
\nThe awards ceremony will begin at 11:00 a.m. after the results have been validated and any complaints have been processed. Prizes not collected on-site will not be sent and can no longer be claimed.
\nThe first three men and three women to cross the finish line (excluding category prizes) will receive awards, as well as the first man and first woman in each category, with non-cash prizes (see Prize Fund on www.trentinoeventi.it).<\/p>\n

IS THERE A PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE PLANNED ON THE COURSE ?<\/strong>

IS THE FEE REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF NON-PARTICIPATION ?<\/strong>
