HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE 24th GARDA TRENTINO HALF MARATHON?
Registration is available exclusively online at www.trentinoeventi.it by bank transfer, VISA or MasterCard credit card, or PayPal.
WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION?
It is October 31st, subject to early closures once 4,800 registrations have been reached. The organizers reserve the right to temporarily suspend or close registrations early for organizational reasons.
IS THERE A LIMITED NUMBER OF REGISTRATIONS?
YES. 4,800 participants will be accepted.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO REGISTER ON RACE DAY?
Registrations will not be accepted on race day.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY REGISTRATION?
You can check the status of your registration for the GARDA TRENTINO HALF MARATHON 2026 at www.trentinoeventi.it.
WHAT DOES THE TRAFFIC LIGHT IN THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL MEAN?
Based on the color indicated in the email, check the information you entered or provided to gthm@evodata.it. If necessary, update, correct, or add to it to avoid unnecessary queues when picking up your bib.
HOW CAN I REQUEST INFORMATION ABOUT REGISTRATIONS?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION LETTER?
A few days before the race, all registered athletes will receive an email communication that serves as an official “confirmation letter.”
WHAT IS NEEDED TO COLLECT YOUR BIB?
You must present your confirmation letter and an identity document. It’s not necessary to print the confirmation letter; simply show it at the bib desk on your smartphone or tablet.
Check the validity of your medical certificate and your membership or Runcard.
CAN I PAY FOR THE REGISTRATION FEE DURING THE BIB COLLECTION?
You must follow the payment procedures provided. Registrations without payment will not be accepted.
WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY BIB?
Friday, November 6, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Sunday, November 8, 2026, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
WHERE CAN I COLLECT MY BIB AND RACE PACK?
My bib and race pack can be collected at the PalaFiere in Riva del Garda, Via Baltera.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO DELEGATE ANOTHER PERSON TO COLLECT MY BIB?
If you are unable to collect your bib and participation prize, you may delegate another person in writing. They must present the following documentation:
- a) Signed Confirmation Letter
- b) Authorization Form (to be attached to the Confirmation Letter)
- c) Photocopy of a valid ID.
IS BAG STORAGE AVAILABLE?
In Riva del Garda at the PalaFiere, Hall C2, in the designated areas, divided by bib number group, starting at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 8th.
The appropriate bag will be deposited inside the areas by service staff. It is mandatory to use the bag provided by the organizers, which must be marked with the appropriate sticker with your bib number.
Do not leave valuables in the cloakroom (we are not responsible for any theft).
ARE THERE SHOWERS AND TOILETS?
YES. Showers are available at the PalaFiere in Hall C2.
IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
There is free parking in the areas in front of the PalaFiere.
WILL THERE BE TASTINGS?
Tastings are free and open to athletes and their families.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE ROUTE MAP?

WHAT TIME DOES THE START TIME?
The race will start at 10:15 AM.
WHERE DOES THE START TIME?
The start is on Via Baltera in Riva del Garda near the PalaFiere.
ARE THERE STARTING AREAS?
There will be five starting sectors:
1st RED bib: Top and Master athletes up to 1:19:59
2nd BLUE bib: Master athletes from 1:20:00 to 1:39:59
3rd YELLOW bib: Master athletes from 1:40:00 to 1:59:59
4th GREEN bib: Master athletes from 2:00:00 and athletes in their 1st HM
5th WHITE bib: Nordic Walking & Fit Walking
ARE PACERS PROVIDED?
Several groups of Pacers (“BEARS”) will be available free of charge to athletes who wish to use them. They will be recognizable by their clothing and marked by special balloons.
They will finish the race in 1:24–1:29–1:34–1:39–1:44–1:49–1:54–1:59–2:04–2:09.
ARE THERE REFRESHMENTS ALONG THE ROUTE?
As per the regulations, refreshment stops will be available at km 5, 10, and 15, along with a takeaway at the finish line.
WHERE DO WE END THE RACE?
The finish line is at Spiaggia Sabbioni in Riva del Garda.
IS THERE A TIME LIMIT?
The time limit to complete the 24th GARDA TRENTINO HALF MARATHON is 3 hours.
HOW WILL THE TIMING BE PROVIDED?
The timing will be handled by EvoData with a disposable chip. The ranking will be based on “Gun Time,” the time calculated from the shot. In addition to Gun Time, the ranking will also include “Real Time,” the time from the start line to the finish line.
HOW WILL I GET BACK TO THE PALAFIERE AFTER THE FINISH?
On Sunday, November 8, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., a free shuttle service will be available for athletes and companions, providing a circular route between the finish area and the Palafiere. It will make a single stop on Viale Rovereto, near the Benacense Stadium, approximately 150 meters from the finish line of the Garda Trentino Half Marathon and the finish line of the 10K and RUN4FUN races.
WHERE WILL THE RANKING BE FOUND?
The ranking will be visible and downloadable from the website www.trentinoeventi.it.
WHERE WILL THE DIPLOMA BE FOUND?
The participation certificate can be downloaded starting November 9th from the website www.trentinoeventi.it.
ARE THERE ANY AWARDS?
The awards ceremony will begin at 1:00 PM after the results have been validated and any complaints have been processed. Prizes not collected on-site will not be sent and can no longer be claimed.
The first 5 men and 5 women to cross the finish line (who will be excluded from category prizes) will receive awards, as will the first 1 or 3 men and 1 or 3 women in each category, with non-cash prizes (see Prize Money on the website www.trentinoeventi.it).

IS THE FEE REFUNDED IN THE EVENT OF NON-PARTICIPATION?
It is possible to transfer the registration to another athlete or to the 2027 race according to the procedures set out in the Regulations and in any case by October 15, 2026.
