FAQ – 6th RUN4FUN 

WHAT IS RUN4FUN ?
It is a fun, free-paced, approximately 4km event open to everyone, ages 0 to 99. 

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE 6th RUN4FUN ?
Registration is only possible online through the website www.trentinoeventi.it, via bank transfer, VISA or MasterCard credit card, or PayPal. 

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION ?
The deadline is October 31st, subject to early closures once 400 registrations have been reached. The organization reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close registrations early for organizational reasons. 

IS A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE REQUIRED ?
No medical certificate or sports club membership is required. 

IS THERE A LIMITED NUMBER OF REGISTRATIONS ?
YES. 400 participants will be accepted. 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO REGISTER ON RACE DAY ?
Registrations are not accepted on race day. 

HOW CAN I CHECK MY REGISTRATION ?
You can check the status of your RUN4FUN 2026 registration at www.trentinoeventi.it.

WHAT DOES THE TRAFFIC LIGHT IN THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL MEAN ?
Based on the color indicated in the email, check the information you entered or sent to gthm@evodata.it and, if necessary, update/correct/add to it to avoid unnecessary queues when picking up your bib.

HOW CAN I REQUEST INFORMATION ABOUT REGISTRATION ?
Contact gthm@evodata.it exclusively. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION LETTER ?
A few days before the race, all registered athletes will receive an email communication that serves as an official “confirmation letter.” 

WHAT DO I NEED TO COLLECT MY BIB ?
You must present your confirmation letter and an identity document. It’s not necessary to print the confirmation letter; simply show it at the bib desk on your smartphone or tablet.
Verify the validity of your medical certificate and your membership or Runcard. 

CAN I PAY FOR THE REGISTRATION FEE DURING THE BIB COLLECTION ?
You must follow the payment procedures provided. Registrations without payment will not be accepted. 

WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY BIB ?

Friday, November 6, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Sunday, November 8, 2026, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM 

WHERE CAN I COLLECT MY BIB AND RACE PACK ?
Your bib and race pack can be collected at the PalaFiere in Riva del Garda, Via Baltera.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO DELEGATE ANOTHER PERSON TO COLLECT MY BIB ?
If you are unable to collect your bib and participation prize, you may delegate another person in writing. They must present the following documents:

1. Signed Confirmation Letter
2. Authorization Form (to be attached to the Confirmation Letter)
3. Photocopy of a valid ID.

IS THERE A BAG STORAGE AVAILABLE ?
YES. The organization offers a bag storage service to participants at the PalaFiere, and a vehicle will also be available at the start.

ARE THERE SHOWERS AND TOILETS ?
YES. Showers are available at the PalaFiere in Hall C2.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE ?
There is free parking in the areas in front of the PalaFiere.

WILL THERE BE TASTINGS ?
Tastings are free and open to athletes and their families.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE ROUTE MAP ?
In the download section of the website www.trentinoeventi.it. 

WHERE DOES THE START START ?
The start is from the Casa del Dazio in Torbole sul Garda (TN).

WHAT TIME DOES THE START START ?
RUN4FUN 2026 will start at 9:00 AM.

HOW DO I GET TO THE START IN TORBOLE ?
On Sunday, November 8, 2026, from 7:15 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., a free shuttle service will be available for athletes and companions. It will connect Riva del Garda – EXPO Area at the Palafiere in Via Baltera with Torbole, the bus stop 100 meters from the Run4Fun start. 

WHERE DO I GET THERE ?
The arrival point is at Sabbioni Beach in Riva del Garda. 

IS THERE A TIME LIMIT ?
The time limit to complete the 7th RUN4FUN is 1 hour.

HOW DO I GET BACK TO THE PALAFIERE AFTER FINISHING ?
On Sunday, November 8, 2026, a free shuttle service will be available for athletes and their companions, connecting the finish area with the Palafiere. It will make one stop on Viale Rovereto, near the Benacense Stadium, approximately 150 meters from the finish line of the Garda Trentino Half Marathon and the finish line of the 10K and RUN4FUN races. 

WHERE WILL I FIND THE DIPLOMA ?
The participation certificate can be downloaded starting November 9th from www.trentinoeventi.it.

WILL A PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE BE PLANNED ON THE COURSE ?

IS THE FEE REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF NON-PARTICIPATION ?
The RUN4FUN participation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
