HOW TO REGISTER for 5K REGISTRATION FEES
Euro 15,00 for registrations until 31 Juli
Euro 20,00 for registration from 1 August until 30 September
Euro 25,00 Late registration from 1 October until 04 November
Euro 10,00 Children under 10 years old
Please note: after registration there is no right to claim a refund of the participation fee or the issue of a starter voucher for a later event. The money will not be refunded in any circumstances..

The cost of the on-line registration service is not included in the fees. It is possible to register as an individual or as a group.

PAYMENT
The entry fee is paid by direct debit or by credit card. Please note that when paying by credit card a processing fee of about 2,50/5,00 Euro will be incurred. Incorrect statements and administrative fees arising through this shall be borne by the participant.
THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES :
• bib number
• Race pack containing sponsor’s products;
• Official Duffle bag
• FINISHER medal
• Insurance and medical assistance
• Refreshment station after the finish line
• Toilets at the start and at the finish
• Personal clothes transportation from start to the finish line
• Shuttle bus Pre-race transportation from Riva del Garda and from Arco to Torbole
• Post-race transportation from arrival area to ARCO
BIB NUMBER PICK UP
The race packet with the bib number and the official bagpack could be picked up on
Friday 10: Arco – Casinò Municipale -Viale delle Palme – from 03pm to 07pm.
Saturday 11: Arco – Casinò Municipale – Viale delle Palme – from 10am to 07pm.
Sunday 12: Arco – Casinò Municipale – Viale delle Palme from 07.00am to 08.00am.

With the registration each participant declares to be in a healthy condition to take part in the race. With this form the athlete waives, releases and forever discharges the event organizers for all his/her liabilities, claims, actions, or damages that he/she may have against them arising out of or in any way connected with the participation in the race.
ENTRY CONFIRMATION
It will be possible to verify the entry status by following the directions on the following website www.trentinoeventi.it . The assignment of the race number will take place just a few days before the race. A few days before the race, all athletes enrolled will receive an e-mail valid as official “letter of confirmation”. This email will contain all the basic instructions for the race number pick-up and race participation. You do not need to print a hard copy of the email itself; you can bring it on a device like a smartphone or tablet.
