The GARDA TRENTINO HALF MARATHON will take place on Sunday, November 8, 2026,in Garda Trentino, starting at 10:15 a.m. from the PalaFiere in Riva del Garda. Registration is limited to 4,800 participants and will be held in all weather conditions.

REGISTRATION

Registration is open from March 1, 2026, to October 31, 2026 (registration must be completed by October 20, 2026, to receive a personalized bib with a maximum of 30 characters), subject to early registration closure once the number of participants reaches 4,800. The organizers reserve the right to close registrations early or accept registrations after the closing date, at their sole discretion. Any early closure (e.g., due to a SOLD OUT) will be announced on the website www.trentinoeventi.it.

Registrations will not be accepted on the day of the event.

• €40.00 from March 1st to April 30th*
• €45.00 from May 1st to June 30th*
• €50.00 from July 1st to August 31st*
• €55.00 from September 1st to October 31st*

*subject to the maximum number of 4,800 participants being reached.
Note: Registrations are not permitted on race day.

“CHARITY” REGISTRATION FEES

(The “CHARITY” fee of €2.00 will be donated, along with a doubling of the same amount made by our company, to an association listed among those found on our website under the Charity Program heading at www.trentinoeventi.it.)

• €42.00 from March 1st to April 30th*
• €47.00 from May 1st to 30th June*
• €52.00 from July 1st to August 31st*
• €57.00 from September 1st to October 31st*

GROUP REGISTRATION

Groups, associations, or companies will receive one free bib for every 11 registered participants. The system will automatically apply the free bib. For group registrations, we recommend using the dedicated registration method (minimum 5 participants). For registration information, please write to: gthm@evodata.it
The free registration is valid for registrations made for the same distance (for example, 10 registrations for the 21k, the 11th registration is free).

THE PARTICIPATION FEE INCLUDES

• Participation in all tastings on Friday and Saturday;
• Free breakfast for athletes and their families on race day;
• Personalized bib if registered by October 20, 2026 (maximum 30 characters);
• Insurance and medical assistance;
• Race pack containing products offered by sponsors;
• Short-sleeved technical jersey;
• Medal for all finishing athletes;
• Refreshments along the route and takeaway upon arrival;
• Bag storage, changing rooms, and showers at the PalaFiere;
• Rankings (COMPETITIVE ONLY);
• Participation certificate available for download from www.trentinoeventi.it;
• Post-race transportation from the finish area to the PalaFiere.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Note: The cost of online registration fees (not dependent on the organization) is not included in the indicated fees.

Online registration. Registration can only be made online at www.trentinoeventi.it by bank transfer, VISA or MasterCard credit card, or PayPal.

BIB COLLECTION AND PARTICIPATION PRIZE

Registered participants can collect their bib and participation prize at the PalaFiere, Hall B2, Via Baltera, 20 in Riva del Garda:

• Friday, November 6, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
• Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Sunday, November 8, 2026, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM

To collect the participation prize, participants must present the voucher included in the envelope containing the race bib.

DELEGATION TO COLLECT THE bib number and the participation prize

If you are unable to collect your bib and participation prize, you may designate another person in writing to do so. The person must present the following documentation:

1. Signed Confirmation Letter
2. Authorization Form (to be attached to the Confirmation Letter)
3. Photocopy of a valid ID.

TRANSFER OF FEES

Participation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Registered         athletes who are unable to participate in the event have two options:

• Transfer the registration to another person*. Requests must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026, and a €10.00 administrative fee must be paid. The request must be sent to gthm@evodata.it, which will provide the link for payment of the administrative fee and instructions for the replacement. The transfer may only take place over the same distance.
• Transfer your registration to the Garda Trentino Half Marathon 2027*. Please submit your request no later than October 15, 2026, and pay a €10.00 administrative fee. The request should be sent to gthm@evodata.it, which will provide a link to pay the administrative fee and instructions for the transfer.

The registration fee will be valid for the 2027 Garda Trentino Half Marathon and cannot be transferred to 2028.
*After October 15, 2026, transfer requests to another person or to the 2027 edition will not be accepted.
