The 10K GARDA TRENTINO will take place on Sunday, November 8, 2026, in Garda Trentino, starting at 9:30 a.m. from the PalaFiere in Riva del Garda.

Registration is limited to 1,500 participants and will be held in all weather conditions.

REGISTRATIONS

Registrations are open from March 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026 (registrations must be completed by October 20, 2026 to receive a personalized bib with a maximum of 30 characters), subject to early closure once the number of 1,500 athletes has been reached. The organizers reserve the right to close registrations early or accept registrations after the closing date at their sole discretion. Any early closure (e.g., due to a sold-out situation) will be announced on the website www.trentinoeventi.it .

Registrations will not be accepted on the day of the event.

REGISTRATION FEES

  • €20.00 from March 1st to April 30th*
  • €25.00 from May 1st to June 30th*
  • €30.00 from July 1st to August 31st*
  • €45.00 from September 1st to October 31st*

*unless the maximum number of 1,500 participants is reached in advance

“CHARITY” REGISTRATION FEES

(The “CHARITY” fee of €2.00 will be donated, along with the doubling of the same amount made by our company, to an association indicated among those found on our website under the Charity Program heading at www.trentinoeventi.it)

  • €22.00 from March 1st to April 30th*
  • €27.00 from May 1st to 30th June*
  • €32.00 from July 1st to August 31st*
  • €47.00 from September 1st to October 31st*

*subject to the maximum number of 1,500 participants being reached

GROUP REGISTRATION

Groups, associations, or companies will receive one free bib for every 11 registered participants. The free bib will be applied automatically by the system. For group registrations, we recommend using the dedicated registration method (minimum 5 participants). For information regarding registration, please write to: gthm@evodata.it
The free registration is valid for registrations made for the same distance (for example, 10 registrations for the 21k, the 11th registration is free).

THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

  • Participation in all tastings on Friday and Saturday;
  • Free breakfast for athletes and their families on race day;
  • Personalized bib if registered by October 20, 2026 (maximum 30 characters);
  • Insurance and medical assistance;
  • Race pack containing products offered by sponsors;
  • Short-sleeved technical jersey;
  • Medal for all finishing athletes;
  • Refreshments along the route and takeaway upon arrival;
  • Bag storage, changing rooms, and showers at the PalaFiere;
  • Rankings (COMPETITIVE ONLY);
  • Participation certificate available for download from www.trentinoeventi.it;
  • Post-race transportation from the finish area to the PalaFiere.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Note: The cost of online registration fees (not dependent on the organizers) is not included in the indicated fees.

Online registration. You can register exclusively on the website www.trentinoeventi.it by bank transfer, VISA or MasterCard credit card, or PayPal.

BIB COLLECTION AND PARTICIPATION PRIZE

Registered participants can collect their bib and participation prize at the PalaFiere, Hall B2, Via Baltera, 20 in Riva del Garda:

  • Friday, November 6, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
  • Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Sunday, November 8, 2026, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM

To collect the participation prize, participants must present the voucher included the envelope containing the race bib.

DELEGATION TO COLLECT THE BIB NUMBER AND PARTICIPATION PRIZE

If you are unable to collect your bib number and participation prize, you may delegate another person in writing, who must present the following documentation:

  1. Signed Confirmation Letter
  2. Delegation Form (will be attached to the Confirmation Letter)
  3. Photocopy of a valid ID.
